LAKESHORE RESORT AND CAMPGROUND CODE OF CONDUCT
Long weekend bookings require a minimum of a three night booking, and payment is required at time of booking.
Group rates do not apply to long weekend bookings.
In Ktunaxa tradition, we welcome you to our home and ask that you respect our very special place. This Code of Conduct has been put into place for the enjoyment and protection of all guests. Have fun, enjoy your stay, but please respect the land and other guests by adhering to our Code of Conduct.

Must be 19 years or older to register, and the registered guest is responsible to ensure that all occupants on that site comply with the Lakeshore Resort and Campground Code of Conduct.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check in any time after 3:00pm and Check out before 11:00am.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Up to 48 hours prior to check-in date you will be refunded, and a $10.00 cancellation fee applied. After the 48 hours prior to check-in there are no refunds.
LONG WEEKEND BOOKINGS: Minimum 3 night stay and payment in full is required at the time of booking.
SITE OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 1 tent or RV (4 people) per site. An additional charge of $15.00/person over the maximum of 4.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle is permitted per site. Parking for extra vehicles and boat trailers is available in the parking area by the office. NO PARKING ALLOWED AT BEACH
NOISE: Remember that here in the wilderness, sound travels. Respect other guests. Quiet time is 11:00pm thru 8:00am. Music is to be kept at a reasonable level at all times and turned off at 11:00pm. Power generators are allowed between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm.
GUEST OF REGISTERED CAMPERS: Guests of Lakeshore Resort and Campground registered campers are to vacate the campground before 10:00pm, otherwise will be charged the nightly rate.
OFFICE/STORE HOURS: 8:00am to 9:00pm
–akuxniyam (firewood): Firewood can be purchased at the campground store or from campground staff. Cutting of any trees in the campground is strictly prohibited.
SPEED LIMIT: Speed limits are posted and must be adhered to. Violators are subject to a fine and/or may be asked to leave.
PETS: Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $5.00/pet. They are required to be on leash at all times and droppings must be cleaned up by pet owners immediately. No pets in the swimming/beach area. Failure to comply with Pet Policy of Lakeshore Resort and Campground may result in being fined and/or asked to leave.
RECYCLING AND GARBAGE: Garbage and recycling receptacles are located on the grounds. We ask that you leave your site as you found it. Cigarette butts are considered garbage.
TRESPASSING: Absolutely no trespassing outside the boundaries of Lakeshore Resort and Campground onto Columbia Lake Indian Reserve. The trespassing law in effect is enforceable by RCMP.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Moderate drinking is allowed on your campsite; excessive drinking will not be tolerated.

Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury, loss or damage of any kind.
We reserve the right to evict any person(s) without refund for infractions of our Code of Conduct or any law.
MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
